Passengers

Demanding better service for the hundreds of millions of passengers.

It’s critical that our airports be safely staffed with well-trained people to keep things running smoothly for passengers — from ensuring passengers with disabilities have the assistance they need to making sure airplane cabins are safe and clean.

But right now, airlines aren’t working the way they should. Flights are frequently delayed or canceled and air travel feels less stable and reliable for passengers.

Airlines have driven a race to the bottom for airport jobs in an attempt to cut operational costs, even as they’ve increased prices for consumers and decreased quality of service. While airlines rake in the profit, passengers are paying the price.
